It was built by the TESCO company in the border area of ​​Yenişehir and Mezitli districts in Mersin in 2008 and started to be operated as Kipa Shopping Center.

It was purchased from TESCO in December 2017.

In February 2018, all units were enlarged with a professional architectural project and shaped according to the dynamics of the city. During the construction process, the Shopping Center was equipped with the latest technology and the construction process was started.

Registration efforts for the SAYAPARK brand started in June 2019.

In September 2019, the SAYAPARK brand was registered and the launch process started.

In 2020, Sayapark added world-famous brands and brands that were not previously available in its region to its brand mix. It continues to constantly improve and renew itself with its brand mix, service quality, marketing strategies and tenant relations.

Sayapark, which started operating in 2020, has 102 stores that meet every need, with a total construction area of ​​55,000 m2 and 25,000 m2 leasable area.

While watching the movies in theaters at Cinens Cinemas, which provides service with 7 movie theaters in Sayapark, young people and children are offered the opportunity to have fun at the entertainment center run by Playland.
